Visit to the property – Preparing the dossier – Drawing up the contract:

10% (inc. tax) per m² (VAT of 20% included)

Inventory: €3 (inc. tax) per m² (VAT of 20% included)

Landlord fees

One month’s rent not including service charges + €150 of fees covering the visit to the property,  

preparing the dossier, drawing up the lease and conducting the inventory

  7% (EXC. TAX) + VAT AT 20%
